Fanatics is relatively new to the gambling space, as it made much of its mark in the sports merchandise industry. However, in Michigan, the operator is ramping up its online casino after partnering with game manufacturer White Hat Studios.

Fanatics Casino Michigan can now offer White Hat Studios’ most popular games to players. The casino hopes the addition of exciting slots and table games will help it acquire more market share in the Great Lakes State.

White Hat Studios uses popular productions for games

Michigan online casinos need to keep libraries fresh with exciting games at players’ fingertips. Fanatics’ new agreement with White Hat Studios certainly does that.

White Hat Studios has a terrific reputation for offering unique content to players in multiple markets. The company has more than 100 games, including a jackpot system that is linked to other progressive pots.

The company is known for supplying titles based on popular TV shows and movies. The familiarity of the titles draws more bettors to the machine. Some of those titles include:

  • Ted
  • Peaky Blinders
  • The Goonies
  • Beavis and Butthead
  • Deal or No Deal

White Hat Studios SVP of Sales and Marketing, Daniel Lechner, said in a statement:

“We’re thrilled to integrate our diverse range of branded titles into Fanatics Casino, marking a fantastic opportunity for players in key states to experience the quality and entertainment value that White Hat Studios’ games are known for. We’re confident that players will love the fresh content and engaging gameplay we will add to the platform.”

There is every reason to believe Fanatics will benefit greatly from this partnership.

Fanatics wants more market share in Michigan

Michigan online casino operators crossed the $6 billion mark in lifetime revenue after producing $196.7 million last month. Out of 15 operators, Fanatics finished ninth in August.

Since launching last February, the operator has been meeting expectations. Fanatics is not likely to compete with BetMGM MI and FanDuel MI; however, vying for a top-six position in the state is not out of the question.

Fanatics generated $3.7 million in August, roughly $800,000 from jumping Four Winds and Hollywood into seventh place. It finished nearly $4 million from Golden Nugget, which held the sixth spot.

Fanatics could easily leapfrog Four Winds and Hollywood. Over time, the next goal would be to chase down Golden Nugget. White Hat Studios could help it do that.

“White Hat Studios’ diverse content portfolio brings a compelling mix of branded and original content that will resonate well with our players,” Conor Grant, Fanatics VP of Gaming, said. “The addition of these titles strengthens our casino offering, and we’re excited to introduce them to our growing community of players.”

It’s possible to see improvement in Fanatics’ bottom line in the Great Lakes State as early as October.
