With summer clearly in the rearview mirror, Michigan’s retail casinos are now turning to holiday season.
Don’t worry, the music and events won’t be stopping around the state.
Casino goers will have plenty of available concerts, comedy shows and holiday-themed events to fill up their calendar.
Holiday specials at Michigan casinos
If making plans for a White Christmas full of jingle bells and holiday cheer, you’ve got your options at Michigan’s casinos.
Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort is offering up A Johnny Mathis Christmas on Dec. 3 to begin the festive month.
From there, things only continue up to Christmas Day.

Big musical acts coming to Michigan casinos in 2022
Don’t think that top music attractions aren’t performing anymore in 2022.
Michigan’s casinos continue to bring in big names for their customers.
Just this week, MotorCity Casino Hotel will have Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds performing on Thursday, Nov. 10. He then makes a stop at Soaring Eagle on Saturday, Nov. 12.
MotorCity will also welcome in Tyrese this Sunday, Nov. 13.
Country music act LoCash is performing at MGM Grand Detroit on Nov. 19.
Rapper Flo Rida makes his way to Soaring Eagle for a Dec. 27 performance.
You can also catch a Michael Jackson tribute at MotorCity Casino on Dec. 28, and FireKeepers Casino Hotel on Dec. 29.
Looking ahead to 2023
If you want to start planning out your new year with events, the calendar is already filling up at the casinos.
George Clinton will be performing with Parliament Funkadelic on Jan. 20 at Hollywood Casino at Greektown.
The next night on Jan. 21, Morris Day And The Time stop by Greektown for a performance.
Dru Hill will be celebrating their 25th Anniversary on Jan. 22 at MotorCity Casino.
If you are looking for some laughs, Jay Leno is performing on March 17 at Four Winds Casino New Buffalo. Deon Cole will then be doing two nights at MotorCity Casino on April 14 and April 15.
