It’s a new year, which means new promotions from Michigan’s retail casinos.
After a big holiday month, the casinos around the state turn their attention to players looking for a fresh start in 2024.

Slots Exclusive giveaway
You can win your share of $82,500 at FireKeepers Casino as part of their Slots Exclusive promotion.
Saturdays in January from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. earn 100 points that day to play the kiosk game and win from $10 in Red Hot Credits up to $500 in Red Hot Credits plus an entry into the Jan. 27 drawings.
On Saturday, Jan. 27, from 7-11 p.m., there will be drawings where cash values of $1,000, $5,000, $7,500, $10,000 and $15,000 will be given out throughout the four hours.
Go For The Gold Craps Tournament
On Sunday, Jan. 21 you can compete in the Go For The Gold Craps Tournament.
Entries can be purchased now for $75.
All patrons will receive a wild card drawing entry for a spot at the semifinal or finals table. Play begins at noon with semifinals at 4 p.m. and finals at 6 p.m.
First place receives $3,000 in cash and $1,500 in bonus bets. Top 14 will receive a prize.
Weekly slot tournaments
Each Monday at FireKeepers you can compete in slot tournaments from 2-7 p.m.
The finals will start at 7:15 p.m. with first place receiving $5,000 in Red Hot Credits. The top 10 finishers will receive at least $250 in Red Hot Credits. The top 10 winners from each hourly round from 2-7 p.m. will receive $15 in Red Hot Credits and play in the finals.
Earn 50 points each Monday prior to registering in order to participate.
Senior Tuesdays
Every Tuesday in January players 55+ that are Red Hot Rewards Club members can enjoy these specials.
From 8-10:30 a.m., receive $5 in Red Hot Credits. From 8 a.m.-4 p.m. earn 55 points and receive one drawing entry, plus $10 in bonus Red Hot Credits.
On the final Tuesday of the month, drawings will be held from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. where you can win up to $5,555 in cash or Red Hot Credits.
Four Winds Casinos January events and promotions
Senior Days
Each Wednesday at Four Winds Casinos, seniors can enjoy some exclusive offers.
Earn 100 W-Club points and visit a kiosk to receive $10 in instant credit or bonus slot play. You also receive 25% off the Buffet at New Buffalo and 25% off at Timbers.
Tony Orlando concert
On Jan. 6 Tony Orlando will be having a concert at Silver Creek Event Center at Four Winds New Buffalo.
The show begins at 9 p.m. and tickets are available starting at $34.
Gun Lake Casino January events and promotions
Saturday drawings
Each Saturday in January at Gun Lake Casino will have drawings from 6-9 p.m.
At 6-8 p.m., five winners of $1,000 in bonus slot play will be drawn each hour. At 9 p.m., one winner of $10,000 cash plus any unclaimed prizes will be drawn.

On Saturdays in January, earn 200 points and visit a promotional kiosk to select a hand of cards and win a prize.
Based on the hand you receive you can win a number of prizes, including up to $10,000 cash.

On Jan. 31 from 4-7 p.m., seniors 55+ can win up to $5,000 in cash.

On Thursdays in January, guests 55+ choose a prize after earning 150 rewards points.

Bronco drawing
Hollywood Casino at Greektown will be giving away a Bronco on Jan. 27.
PENN Play members are eligible by earning entries from now until Jan. 27 by playing table games and slot machines.
All participants receive one free drawing entry and then earn additional entries with each 10 tier points earned.
On Jan. 27, drawings will be held from 7 p.m. to midnight with the grand prize drawing being the Bronco giveaway.
Ms. Pat appearance
The lone concert event at Hollywood Casino at Greektown for January is an appearance from Ms. Pat on Jan. 12 at 8 p.m.

At Island Resort & Casino you can cash in each Thursday and Sunday in January from 6-10 p.m. with random $100 Hot Seat Drawings.

You can win a share of over $25,000 in cash on Sundays in January at Leelanau Sands Casino.
Each Sunday, drawings will be held from 2-6 p.m. You can earn tickets to the drawings throughout the month, including a bonus entry each day. For each 100 new base points earned daily, players receive five additional entries.

$100,000 Bingo Bucks giveaway
On Jan. 13, 20 and 27 from noon-10 p.m., you could draw winning numbers of the $100,000 Bingo Bucks game.
Each hour, two lucky guests will be announced to play. They draw five numbers, each of which corresponds to a number on the Bingo card. The player will win the prize value for that row. Should they score a single line Bingo, they win the $100,000 grand prize.

Each Saturday in January at MGM Grand Detroit, drawings will be held for the $150K Snowmen of Cash promotion.
Throughout the month, earn entries into the Saturday hourly drawings from 2-9 p.m. for a chance to win $50 in bonus play and an entry ticket into the live drawings. At 10 p.m., nine drawing winners plus one wild card winner will be announced for a minimum of $250 in bonus play or for a chance to build a snowman of cash.
