Thanksgiving is a big day in Michigan, and casinos around the state are celebrating with special events for the Detroit Lions game, while others are offering special events and meals for those looking to avoid spending all day in the kitchen.

Thanksgiving events at Michigan casinos are highlighted by watch parties for the Lions, who will once again play their traditional game on this holiday. The difference this season? Fans can grab a second or a third turkey leg with impunity because their football team is as good as its ever been.

Customers and visitors to the state’s casinos could be eligible to win prizes or take advantage of boosts or deals depending on the venue they frequent. They can also capitalize on special menus at select restaurants in some of Michigan’s casinos. Our roundup of Thanksgiving events is below.
