As September gets in full swing, Michigan residents welcome in fall and say goodbye to summer. Michigan’s retail casinos are going to make the transition smooth with a collection of events and casino promotions throughout the month.

Autumn Fest 2023
On Friday, Sept. 22 and Saturday, Sept. 23 Bay Mills Casino will be putting on Autumn Fest 2023 at Sunrise Park at Bay Mills.
A best RV site decoration contest will be held over the two days. First place wins a 7-night free RV stay. Second receives a 2-night free RV stay. Judging takes place from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday.
Saturday will also feature a kid’s costume contest with trick-or-treating going on from 1-4 p.m.
FireKeepers Casino September events and promotions
$185,000 Unlock The Loot Giveaway
FireKeepers Casino is giving away $185,000 in cash and Red Hot Credits on Saturday, Sept. 30 as part of the “Unlock The Loot Giveaway”
From 2-8 p.m. on Sept. 30, five winners will be drawn every two hours. They will pick a case where they will win up to $7,500 in cash or $7,500 in Red Hot Credits.
At 10 p.m. five winners will be drawn to pick a case that will contain one of the following prizes:

Theresa Caputo appearance
On Friday, Sept. 29, FireKeepers will be welcoming Theresa Caputo to the event center. The “Long Island Medium” will be interacting with fans face-to-face. Tickets are currently sold out for the show.
Four Winds Casinos September events and promotions
$150,000 Rush for the Money
At Four Winds New Buffalo you can win instant credit and up to $100,000 on Friday, Sept. 15 as part of the Rush for the Money promotion.
Drawings will be held from 4-10 p.m. with four guests winning $500 in instant credit/free slot play at 4 p.m., 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
At 5 p.m., 7 p.m. and 9 p.m., four W-Club Players Club members will be selected to play Rush for the Money. Four Winds Dowagiac will be playing host to $100,000 KaChingKo on Friday, Sept. 8 from 4-10 p.m.
At 4 p.m., two winners will be drawn to win $1,000 in instant credit/free slot play. Each hour from 5-9 p.m., two W-Club members will be drawn to play KaChingKo. Those selected will get to drop nine colored pucks down the gameboard. If the pucks land in the right slots, you could win $100,000.

Rock band Staind will be performing at the Silver Creek Event Center at Four Winds New Buffalo on Friday, Sept. 8 at 9 p.m. ET.

Friday, Sept. 22 will have Brian Culbertson performing at the Event Center at 9 p.m. ET. He has nearly 40 Billboard No. 1 singles as an instrumentalist, songwriter and producer.
Gun Lake Casino September events and promotions
Game Day Getaway
Each Saturday in September will see Gun Lake Casino giving away thousands in cash and Thanksgiving Day tickets to the Detroit Lions vs. Green Bay Packers.
From 5-11 p.m. drawings will be held. At 5 p.m., one winner will receive $5,000 cash. Then, five different winners will receive $1,000 each at both 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. At 11 p.m., one winner will be drawn to receive $5,000 cash and four tickets to the Lions vs. Packers.

Concert schedule
Four different events will take place at Hollywood Casino at Greektown in September.
First up is a performance by The Jacksons on Friday, Sept. 8 at 8 p.m.
On Saturday, Sept. 16, R&B recording artist Ledisi will be performing at 8 p.m.
One week later, on Sept. 23, The Ohio Players, an American funk and soul band, will be putting on a show at 8 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 30 will see a free concert taking place at 9:30 p.m. featuring top Vietnamese musicians. The show is free to PENN Play members 21 years and older.
Island Resort & Casino September events and promotions
Senior Days
Every Wednesday in September, Island Resort & Casino Club members 55 and older can win cash equal to their age.
Random Hot Seat drawings will be held from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Just use your Island Club card to be eligible.
Cosmo Bingo
On Friday, Sept. 8 and Friday, Sept. 22, Cosmo Bingo will be held at Island Resort & Casino, starting at 11 p.m. ET following regular bingo.

$22,500 Mega Bingo
On Saturday, Sept. 9, Kewadin Casino Sault Ste. Marie will be putting on $22,500 Mega Bingo at the DreamMakers Theater.
Doors open a 9 a.m. with the bingo beginning at noon. Tickets cost $75. A total of 13 games will be played followed by a Mega Bingo Jackpot game worth $7,500.
Monster Truck Throwdown and MMA Border Wars
On Saturday, Sept. 16, Kewadin Casino St. Ignace is putting on Monster Truck Throwdown, an outdoor event at 3 p.m. as part of Truck Show Weekend.
Doors will open at noon. Tickets cost $38 for adults and $22 for kids 5-12. Kids under 5 years of age get in free.
The following week, on Saturday. Sept. 23, Big John’s MMA presents Border Wars at the DreamMakers Theater at Kewadin Casino Sault Ste. Marie.
The fight card will feature some of the top professional and amateur MMA fighters out of Michigan and Ontario.
Tickets range from $35-110. The show begins at 7 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m.
Leelanau Sands Casino September events and promotions
Halfway To St. Patrick’s Day
On Sunday, Sept. 17 Leelanau Sands Casino will be celebrating the halfway mark to St. Patrick’s Day with over $5,000 in cash giveaways.
Between 6-10 p.m., the Prize Patrol will be awarding random players actively playing at a slot machine or table game. You must be a Grand Rewards Players Club member.
Michigan Native American Day
On Friday, Sept. 22 from 6-10 p.m., Leelanau Sands Casino will be holding a special giveaway as part of Michigan Native American Day.

Fall Into Winning Giveaway
On Saturday, Sept. 16, 23 and 30, Little River Casino continues its Fall Into Winning Giveaway with prize drawings from noon-10 p.m. each day.

Just play and earn five points on your Players Club card starting at 10 a.m. When you do, swipe your card at a kiosk and press the “Labor Day BBQ” promo button and select your lucky BBQ to reveal your prize. Prizes are up to $60 in River Credits.
Concerts at Little River
Little River will be home to a pair of concert acts in September.
The first comes on Saturday, Sept. 9 when Jake Owen brings his Loose Cannon Tour to the casino with special guest Daves Highway. Show begins at 8 p.m.
The band Levon will be doing a pair of dates on Friday, Sept. 29 and Saturday, Sept. 30. Both shows begin at 9 p.m.
MGM Grand Detroit September events and promotions
Whirl of Winnings
Starting now, you can earn entries into drawings that take place each Saturday in September (Sept. 9, 16, 23, 30).
Each guest that gets drawn will have 30 seconds to step into the machine and take a whirl and grab up to $10,000 in cash. The cash in the contestant’s hands when the time expires is their money to keep.
Three winners will be selected each hour from 8-11 p.m.
Blackjack Tournament Fridays
Each Friday in September will feature Blackjack Style Tournaments at MGM Grand Detroit.

International Fireworks Championship
