Caesars Sportsbook Michigan, then operating under the William Hill brand, was among the first wave of operators to launch after the state legalized online betting. More than five years on, it’s still as relevant as ever. Competitive odds are a big reason why, alongside highly rated mobile apps, broad payment support, live streaming, Flex Parlays, regular promotions, and Caesars Rewards integration.

I signed up and spent time testing the platform, placing bets, and trying out its features. In this review, I break down everything you need to know before opening an account, including the available promotions, betting markets, payment options, and overall user experience, while also comparing Caesars with some of the top sports betting sites in Michigan.

Caesars Sportsbook MI Promo: How It Works

The Caesars Sportsbook Michigan promo code puts a 100% profit boost on the table for your first ten bets. All I did to get started was set up an account, go through the required verification, then deposit $10. From there, it only takes $1 at odds of -10000 or longer to qualify.

I let that first wager settle normally — cashing out early, for example, means giving up the promo — and once it was graded, Caesars added 10 profit boost tokens to my account. The nice part is that I could pick and choose which bets to use them on (within a 14-day period) rather than having them assigned automatically.

The main limits are a $25 maximum stake per boosted bet and, once again, odds must be -10000 or longer. Caesars also caps the additional winnings from a single 100% profit boost token at $2,500. As for the bets themselves, I could play pretty much any sport, market, or odds, as long as there wasn’t another promo, like an odds boost, already applied to the bet slip.

Caesars Sportsbook Michigan Promo Code for Existing Players

Beyond the 10x Profit Boost welcome deal, Caesars regularly has other sports betting bonuses available to existing players. From what I’ve seen, most of these offers do not require promo codes. Some are available right away, while others ask you to opt in first, usually with a quick tap on the respective landing page.

Here are the bonuses I found available while updating this Caesars Sportsbook Michigan review in August:

  • Profit Boosts: Similar mechanics to the Caesars Michigan Sportsbook welcome offer, but made available periodically throughout the year, particularly around major golf, soccer, NFL, NBA, MLB, or NHL events. Boost percentages typically range from 20–50%, with defined parameters such as $10–$25 maximum wagers, -200 or longer minimum odds, up to $1,000 in additional winnings, and 3 to 7 day redemption windows, depending on the specific promotion.
  • $50K Longshot Parlay Jackpot: A recurring promotion available for the past several months. Players receive a Profit Boost for an eligible longshot parlay and can win a share of a weekly $50K jackpot. Each Monday, Caesars announces the prior week’s total payout and winners.
  • Odds Boosts: Caesars Sportsbook has a rotating selection of pre-priced boosted wagers across multiple sports, available as straight bets, parlays, and Same Game Parlays. Offers can be filtered by sport or odds range, with most capped at a $100 maximum stake. The enhanced odds are automatically applied when the selected wager is added to the betslip.
  • Early Cash Out: Selected bets allow players to settle their wager before the event ends. I’ve seen cash-out values adjust in real time as odds and game conditions change. The available amount is displayed directly on the active bet.
  • Flex Your Parlay: Instead of the usual all-or-nothing result, selecting the Flex option before placing the wager creates reduced-payout scenarios even if one or more legs lose.
  • Caesars Rewards: The Caesars online sportsbook connects directly to its broader loyalty program. Members earn Reward Credits (the program’s redeemable currency), which can be used for online play or across 50+ Caesars destinations. Higher tiers also unlock perks such as $10 to $150 monthly Bonus Bets, alongside hotel discounts, waived resort fees, dining credits, parking and priority access.

How to Sign Up at Caesars Michigan Sportsbook

The quickest way into Caesars Sportsbook is through the yellow “Play Now” button below. Clicking it opens the signup page automatically. From there, confirm you’re in Michigan, give the welcome offer terms a read, then hit “Join Now” to start the registration process.

As far as the actual signup went, there wasn’t a whole lot to it. The first few steps asked for the usual personal details: email address, date of birth, first and last name, and home address. I also had to create a password and add my phone number. Caesars texted me a security code, which I entered in the verification field that popped up.

A little later came the identity check, where I was asked for the last four digits of my SSN. Then, once I was actually inside the account, I enabled geolocation (first timers might need to install a browser extension) so Caesars could confirm I was physically within Michigan state lines.

The ten 100% profit boost tokens showed up automatically once I’d deposited $10 and my first qualifying $1 wager settled

Caesars Sportsbook gives new players a lower entry point than any of the other options here. The minimum deposit is $10, though a $1 bet is enough to qualify. On paper, it also has the highest potential return, with the ten tokens good for up to $25,000 in extra winnings combined. Actually hitting that ceiling is another story, given that you’ll need a winner at +10000 or longer every single time. One more point in Caesars’ favor is the integration with Caesars Rewards, especially for anyone who already makes trips to places like Caesars Windsor just across the border in Ontario.

Caesars Sportsbook MI App and Website Experience

I tested both the iOS and Android sports betting apps, along with Caesars’ desktop site, and found all three really easy to use. The experience stays largely consistent across devices, with the same general layout and most of the same features, aside from a few platform-specific differences.

Caesars Sportsbook App Michigan Review (iOS & Android)

The Caesars Sportsbook MI app is available to download from Google Play and the App Store. Ratings are high, averaging around 4.6 out of 5 stars from nearly 150,000 reviews. I could also access the platform through any mobile browser, though getting around felt noticeably quicker and more natural in the app, especially with the extra screen space.

After logging in, the homepage puts the account balance and a shortcut to the dashboard right up top. Just below is the search bar, complete with a microphone button for voice input alongside the usual typing option. The same area gives access to the most popular sports, basically whatever’s in season at the time, whether that’s the NFL, NBA, MLB, soccer, or tennis. This is also where you can jump over to the separate Caesars Racebook app or pull up the full lineup of odds boosts and Quick Pick Parlays. Any promos currently running appear in a sideways-scrolling carousel, which I think is a pretty smart way to keep everything on display without eating up too much of the limited screen space.

Definitely a nice touch is having Caesars Casino right there in the same app. I found it super useful when betting back-to-back games and killing some dead time in between, since I could pull up a quick hand of blackjack or check out one of the newer slots without having to bounce somewhere else.

Down at the bottom, there’s a horizontal navigation bar that stays put as the rest of the screen moves. I really liked having the live section one tap away because it’s usually the first place I head whenever I log in. Same deal with all my active and settled bets being so easy to get to.

Caesars Online Sportsbook Michigan Site Design and Navigation

I came away just as impressed with the Caesars Michigan sports betting performance on desktop. It’s basically the same setup as the app, only there are more ways to get around, which makes sense given the larger display. Down the left side, I had every sport laid out in a list. Each of them expanded into the available competitions, plus an All Leagues tab that pulled everything together. Over on the right is a similarly sized panel where I could flip between my current bet slip, active wagers, and anything that had already settled. The middle gets the biggest chunk of the screen, roughly half the width, with featured matchups and their odds plus a dedicated area for the current bet boosts.

Geolocation is one area where desktop works a little differently. The first time around, I had to download and install GeoComply, which Caesars uses to verify the physical location before allowing a wager to go through. On mobile, the app handles everything automatically, so all I had to do was grant the requested location permissions rather than download any separate software.

Caesars Michigan Sports Betting Bet Types & Markets

After using Caesars for a while, I thought the platform handled the major US sports extremely well. You’ve got everything from NFL betting to the NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, golf, and a full slate of college sports. Futures stay on the board virtually year-round, along with awards and specialty markets. The same depth carries over to every major Michigan franchise. I was working on this latest Caesars Sportsbook review update in August, and odds for the Red Wings’ opening games were already available months before the puck dropped.

Looking at the markets themselves, each sport starts with the main lines, alongside featured odds boosts and a handful of pre-built Same Game Parlays. From there, I could go inside specific sections with different player/team props and plenty of game-specific specials.

Let me walk you through what to expect:

  • Moneylines, spreads, and totals: These are the starting point for just about every major US sport. Clicking into the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, or college sports, the center panel on desktop populates with upcoming fixtures, each displaying moneyline, spreads, and totals odds in separate columns. If I wanted alternate lines, I simply opened the matchup itself. Soccer works a little differently: instead of a moneyline, Caesars lists a “Result after 90 minutes + added time” market, this time with three outcomes to account for the draw.
  • Futures: Caesars offers futures across all 21 available sports, and they stay on the board year-round, even when a league is between seasons. The easiest way to get there is by opening a sport or league first, then scrolling across the horizontal menu below the featured bet boosts. I found outright winners, season win totals, player and team awards, stat milestones, and several other long-term markets. One thing I hadn’t seen on other Michigan platforms like BetRivers Sportsbook was the dedicated Monthly Specials section for major competitions, which featured rotating month-long player futures.
  • Props: Caesars organizes player and team props by individual matchup. I would open a game first, then use the market tabs to browse the available options. NBA menus separate Same Game Parlay, First Scorer, and Player Points, with each athlete’s price shown directly beside the name. Other sports swap in passing, rushing, strikeouts, hits, shots, or scorer categories. Recent updates to the Caesars app introduced enhanced prop views, which, in my experience, make building Same Game Parlays noticeably quicker. The wide variety of prebuilt Quick Picks is also useful for inspiration. I personally rate Caesars highly for spectacles. While betting on the Super Bowl, I had thousands of options, from coin toss and MVP through live play-by-play wagers.
  • Parlays: There’s very little you can’t mix and match in a Caesars parlay. Picks across sports and games, whether pre-match or live, can be combined on one ticket. Futures work too, provided the legs are not directly correlated, such as backing the Pistons to win and make the playoffs. Super Parlays go further by combining multiple SGPs with straight picks. In total, I was allowed up to 25 selections on the same ticket. Eligible wagers with three legs or more unlock Flex Parlay payouts, meaning you can opt for a lower return and still get paid if one or more predictions fail.
  • Live Betting: Once matches kick off, they’re easy to access through the top-left menu on desktop or the sticky bottom menu in the Caesars app. From there, the search tool filters live events only, making it much quicker to find a specific team or player when loads of games are already underway. Whenever I wanted to browse, I would use the sport categories right underneath. The last tab on the right then shows those events selected for live streaming, which often included South Korean baseball, the USL Championship, tennis, and table tennis. When an odds tile flashes red, that’s an indication that the price has shortened. Its border returns to normal after a second, while a grey padlock means betting is temporarily suspended.

Against some of the newer Michigan betting sites, the one area where Caesars gives up a little ground is its niche sports lineup. Don’t get me wrong, I still found plenty to wager on, including Australian rules football, lacrosse, table tennis, volleyball, and cycling. But putting its board next to bet365 sportsbook over the same period, sports like badminton, darts, netball, sailing, and squash just weren’t there.

Evaluating Caesars Michigan Sports Betting Performance

Caesars Sportsbook Michigan defaults to American odds. From the top toolbar, you can flip the entire board to fractional or decimal at any point without so much as a page reload. I thought both the figure size and the contrast between bold dark-green text, pale-green boxes and the white background made everything very easy to read.

I personally compare lines pretty regularly, and Caesars consistently ranks among the better options for value. On top of that, Odds Boosts are available daily, right alongside percentage-based Profit Boost tokens. The latter would appear in the betslip’s Bonus Drawer after I add a pick, showing the boost percentage, maximum stake, and price. Some work on straight bets, others on parlays or leg counts, depending on the specific promo.

Banking: Deposits and Withdrawals at Michigan Caesars Sportsbook

I had no shortage of ways to make a deposit at Caesars Sportsbook Michigan. PayPal and Venmo were my go-to because they made it easy to keep betting transactions separate from the main bank account. Better still, both also supported withdrawals. The other available options included debit cards, online banking, eCheck (VIP Preferred), Apple Pay, the Caesars Play+ Card, PayNearMe, and wire transfers. Most payment methods allowed transactions starting from $5, half the minimum at FireKeepers Sportsbook. Withdrawals then can go as low as $1. The maximum I was allowed to request was $25,000.

At Caesars Sportsbook, cash-outs are subject to a return-to-source policy. That means the system will automatically route your withdrawal through a payment method you’ve already used. When that’s not possible, customer support can step in to help verify an alternative option.

Caesars Sportsbook Michigan Customer Service

Caesars Sportsbook Michigan customer support live chat

Customer support is where Caesars Sportsbook took the biggest hit in my ratings. I almost always prefer live chat because I can reply at my own pace, and having everything in writing makes it easier to think through the answers and try whatever the agent suggests.

On paper, Caesars gets a lot right—they offer 24/7 live chat, and I rarely waited more than a minute or two, even during busy hours. The problem was the conversations themselves.

The replies felt so scripted that I caught myself scrolling back up more than once just to make sure I’d actually been connected to a real person and not the bot.

Even the simplest questions, the kind that should’ve been resolved in a message or two, somehow turned into long drawn-out exchanges with way more back-and-forth than necessary. On top of that, they close chats way too quickly if you don’t respond, sometimes after only one minute.

The better option for immediate help is calling 855-474-0606. When I did my testing, I first went through a short automated menu to select my state before being placed in the queue.

The whole process took about five minutes. Once connected, the representative—Liam, in my case—was very friendly and answered both questions (about withdrawal fees and Super Parlays) right away. Best of all, he handled everything himself, so I didn’t have to be transferred to another department.

You can also reach out through the contact form. Replies then come back via email. Or, if you don’t need to talk to someone directly, there’s a solid library of help articles. It’s essentially an FAQ section, but with much more detailed explanations.

Caesars Sportsbook Review Michigan | What Others Are Saying

I checked popular player review sites like Trustpilot while putting this Caesars Sportsbook review together, but there wasn’t much recent feedback to work with. Reddit didn’t look much different, with most conversations centered on individual bets and ongoing promotions.

On Google Play and the App Store, the Caesars Sportsbook apps currently hold ratings of 4.5 and 4.7 out of 5, respectively. Plenty of comments matched my own experience, especially the praise for the easy-to-use platform and Caesars Rewards. I noticed quite a few complaints about customer support, which I completely understand. Many players also had great things to say about quick withdrawals.

Caesars MI Sportsbook FAQs

Yes, Caesars Sportsbook is legal and regulated in Michigan through the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians. You must be 21 or older and located within state borders when placing bets online.

New players can unlock ten 100% profit boosts after depositing at least $10 and placing a qualifying $1 wager at odds of -10000 or longer. The tokens remain valid for 14 days and must go on wagers of $25 or less. A code may or may not be required when signing up for the offer.

Yes. Caesars Sportsbook MI regularly have ongoing promotions available for existing players, including profit boosts, odds boosts, Early Cash Out, Flex Your Parlay, plus the loyalty program, Caesars Rewards. Most require no promo code, although some ask players to opt in before participating.

Yes, the Caesars Sportsbook app is available in Michigan for free through both the App Store and Google Play. The same account works across mobile and desktop, while the app also includes access to Caesars Casino. Horse racing, however, requires downloading the separate Caesars Racebook app.

To download the Caesars Sportsbook MI app, visit the App Store or Google Play, search for “Caesars Sportsbook,” then tap Get or Install. Once done, launch the application and sign in before enabling location services.

The Caesars Sportsbook Michigan customer service is available via live chat, phone, and email 24/7. Email responses typically take 24 to 48 hours, while calling 855-474-0606 usually gets you connected with a live agent in under five minutes.

Michigan players can cash out Caesars Sportsbook winnings directly to a Visa or Mastercard debit card, bank account, PayPal, Venmo, Play+ card, or other supported digital methods. Most options let you withdraw from as little as $1, while Caesars processes requests immediately and charges no withdrawal fees.

Caesars Sportsbook MI covers virtually every major betting market, including NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA football and basketball, soccer, tennis, golf, UFC, boxing, NASCAR, Formula 1, and esports. You can also bet live, build Same Game Parlays, and wager on player props and futures.

Conclusion

After testing Caesars Sportsbook Michigan across mobile and desktop, I came away thinking it’s one of the strongest all-around options, particularly if you mainly bet on the NFL, NBA, MLB, or NHL. Niche markets are available too, just not to the same extent as I’ve seen elsewhere. The biggest disappointment for me, though, was customer support. Many live chat conversations took longer than they should have. Plus, more often than not, responses were scripted. I had a much better experience using the phone line.

Having spent time with both the website and app, I think just about anyone could find their way around pretty quickly, even complete beginners, while the range of props, SGPs, live bets, and Flex Parlays gave me plenty of ways to build a wager.

The Caesars Michigan Sportsbook promo caught my attention because it isn’t your typical welcome offer. Instead of bonus credits, I got ten 100% profit boosts, valid for 14 days. I also really liked having regular ongoing promotions available. My favorites were the daily Odds Boosts and Flex Your Parlay. As far as loyalty programs go, I don’t think many Michigan sportsbooks come close to Caesars Rewards, especially for someone like me who enjoys the occasional trip to a Caesars property. The Reward Credits I picked up online can be used for hotel stays, dining, shopping, or even casino play.

Even after wrapping up this review, I don’t see myself uninstalling the app anytime soon. More than once, a quick odds comparison led me straight back because the price was better than anywhere else. If you’ve never given Caesars Sportsbook Michigan a shot, I’d say it’s worth seeing how often the same thing happens to you.
