BetMGM is bringing GameSense responsible gambling messages to Ford Field and Comerica Park during Responsible Gaming Education Month. The move extends the campaign to two of Detroit’s highest-profile sports venues.

The company said GameSense messages will appear on LED ribbon boards and scoreboards during pregame activities at both venues. Ford Field and Comerica Park are among 17 professional sports venues participating in the broader campaign.

The campaign also includes selected NFL stadiums and Major League Baseball ballparks around the country.

What Michigan BetMGM Users Will See

Beyond the in-venue messaging, Michigan users of BetMGM Casino and BetMGM Sportsbook will also see reminders and links to player-control tools across the operator’s digital platforms.

Those tools and reminders are all part of the Responsible Gaming Education Month push.

Contribution to Research and Support Programs

MGM Resorts International and BetMGM are also making a combined $320,000 contribution to gambling research and support programs.

The source did not identify which specific research or organizations will receive the funding. It also gave no timeline for the GameSense messages at Ford Field and Comerica Park.

For Michigan players, responsible gambling messaging will now show up both at major Detroit sports venues and within BetMGM’s casino and sportsbook platforms.
