Fanatics Casino has launched a new loyalty program that allows eligible Michigan players to unlock additional rewards as they move through seven levels.
Fanatics ONE Casino Rewards offers FanCash multipliers, casino credit offers, Mystery Drops, and weekly sweepstakes. Players can redeem FanCash for casino play, sportsbook bonus bets, eligible merchandise, and other available rewards.
Fanatics announced the program on Sept. 15. It is now live through the Fanatics Sports and Casino app.
Higher levels unlock more Fanatics Casino rewards
Players receive progressively better benefits as they advance through Fanatics ONE Casino Rewards.
Higher levels can increase the amount of FanCash customers earn on featured casino games through multipliers. Players can also unlock casino credit offers that become more valuable as they progress.
Mystery Drops are available throughout all seven levels, providing surprise rewards to eligible customers. The program also includes weekly Bet & Get FanCash opportunities, while higher levels unlock access to exclusive weekly sweepstakes.
Rewards, benefits and eligibility can vary between customers. Michigan players should check the rewards section of their account to view their current level and available offers.
Participants must be at least 21, have an active account in good standing and not appear on an applicable state or Fanatics exclusion list.
FanCash earning rates vary by casino game
Customers using Fanatics Casino Michigan earn FanCash when eligible cash wagers settle. The standard earning rate depends on the type of game played.
According to Fanatics’ Michigan FanCash terms, slots earn FanCash equal to 0.25% of the amount wagered, while most table games offer a rate of 0.20%. Blackjack, craps, baccarat, and video poker have a 0.05% earning rate.
Only wagers made with cash qualify. Bets placed with free spins, casino credit, FanCash, or another type of promotional credit do not earn FanCash. Canceled and voided wagers are also excluded.
Customers who opened a Fanatics Casino account on or after June 17 are automatically enrolled in FanCash Jackpots. While enrolled, FanCash earned through eligible casino wagers goes toward the jackpot pool instead of being credited directly to the player’s balance.
Players can opt out through the app’s home page if they prefer to receive FanCash directly. Any FanCash previously contributed to the jackpot pool will remain there after the customer leaves the promotion.
FanCash redemption rates depend on the reward
Michigan players have several ways to use FanCash, but its value depends on the selected reward.
Converting FanCash to casino credit provides 50% of its stated value. For example, $10 in FanCash becomes $5 in casino credit. The credit is applied before deposited funds, must be played through once, and expires after seven days. Any resulting winnings are added to the customer’s cash balance.
FanCash converts to Fanatics Sportsbook Michigan bonus bets at a dollar-for-dollar rate. That means $10 in FanCash provides $10 in bonus bets. The bonus bets also expire after seven days, and the original stake is not included in any winnings.
Customers can also redeem FanCash for eligible Fanatics merchandise. Those who want to use rewards across Fanatics Casino and Fanatics’ retail platforms should register with the same email address and follow the emailed instructions to combine their FanCash accounts.
FanCash cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another customer. FanCash earned through betting generally expires 365 days after a player’s most recent qualifying earning activity, while promotional rewards may expire sooner.
