The streak continues.
FireKeepers Casino Hotel in Battle Creek has received a Four Diamond rating from the American Automobile Association for the 11th consecutive year.
According to AAA, a Four Diamond rating represents a hotel or resort that features “upscale style and amenities with the right touch of service [and is] great for a romantic getaway.”
And things should only get better for FireKeepers in the future. The resort is undergoing a massive renovation that will result in a facelift for the hotel’s original tower. Expected enhancements will be more luxury rooms, better amenities, and enhanced guest services.
AAA visits are unannounced

For the second time in three years, FireKeepers’ signature restaurant, “Nibi,” also received a Four Diamond rating from AAA. The restaurant features fresh seafood and thick, juicy steaks. It has been honored by Wine Spectator more than once with the magazine’s cherished Award of Excellence.
AAA said it requires properties to “undergo unannounced inspections by AAA’s team of professionally trained experts. These evaluations involve both physical examinations and scientific measurements to ensure that cleanliness, conditions, and overall quality meet the high expectations of AAA members.”
FireKeepers Casino Hotel CEO Frank Tecumseh applauded the efforts of his staff.
“We are incredibly proud to retain our Four Diamond rating for the 11th straight year. This continued recognition reflects the dedication of our team to deliver outstanding guest service and exceptional accommodations year after year.”
FireKeepers Casino and Resort is one of the most popular entertainment venues in Western Michigan, even for those who don’t partake in casino gaming. Later this summer, Firekeepers will welcome rock legend John Fogerty, pop band Earth, Wind & Fire, and comedian Bill Engvall.
