Hard Rock Bet is giving its online casino customers a chance to qualify for a Florida slots tournament with a $5 million cash prize pool and $1 million reserved for the champion.

Michigan online casino players can enter four qualifying sweepstakes through Hard Rock Bet’s app through Nov. 29. Tournament qualifiers receive admission to the Dec. 12 event, a complimentary hotel stay, and $1,000 to help cover travel.

The tournament will be held at The Guitar Hotel, part of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood.

Michigan players can enter qualifiers without wagering

To enter through Hard Rock Bet’s Michigan casino, customers need a verified account in good standing and must be at least 21. Participation in the Michigan qualifiers requires players to be inside the state.

Customers receive their first entry by opting into the relevant sweepstakes, without needing to make a cash wager.

Every cumulative $5 in cash wagers earns another entry, with selected featured titles providing twice that rate. Hard Rock Bet allows players to accumulate unlimited entries.

Each qualifying period requires its own opt-in. Winners are drawn randomly, so additional wagering does not ensure that a player will qualify for the trip.

Four drawings select tournament qualifiers

The qualifying windows and drawing dates are:

  • Oct. 5–18: Winners drawn Oct. 20.
  • Oct. 19–Nov. 1: Winners drawn Nov. 3.
  • Nov. 2–15: Winners drawn Nov. 17.
  • Nov. 16–29: Winners drawn Dec. 1.

The drawings award tournament invitations accompanied by bonus spins to selected winners. Additional customers can win bonus spins without receiving tournament admission.

Slots tournament offers $1 million first-place prize

The tournament’s slot machines operate in a special mode that awards points. Players do not fund their tournament attempts with personal money.

In the opening stage, each participant plays twice for 1 minute per attempt. Their lower score is discarded, leaving the higher result to determine whether they advance.

The leading 10 players then compete in a semifinal lasting 2 minutes. Five move through to the championship, where the best score earns the $1 million top award.

The runner-up receives $100,000, with $50,000 going to third place. Awards for the remaining top-10 finishers range from $15,000 to $45,000.

A further 240 players, finishing 11th–250th, collect $10,000 apiece. Positions 251–498 pay $5,000 each, while the remaining participants receive a $1,000 Games Bonus.

Hard Rock Bet will credit cash awards to the winners’ accounts. Games Bonus prizes are separate from the cash payouts.

Qualifiers receive hotel stay and $1,000 for travel

Invitation recipients will be contacted through both email and the app with details covering registration, hotel reservations, and travel.

They have 72 hours to RSVP and must provide their Unity loyalty ID. A further attendance confirmation is required no later than seven days before the final.

The included hotel stay covers the nights of Friday, Dec. 11, and Saturday, Dec. 12. Welcome activities and registration take place Friday, ahead of Saturday’s tournament and awards ceremony.

For Michigan qualifiers, the travel payment is deposited into their Hard Rock Bet account at event registration. Receipts are not needed to claim the $1,000 reimbursement.

As of Oct. 5, the tournament webpage had not published its full terms. The in-app sweepstakes conditions should be checked for qualifying games, eligibility requirements, and bonus restrictions.
