Little River Casino Resort is the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians’ casino in Manistee, on Michigan’s west coast near where US-31 meets M-22. It’s the biggest property in this part of the state: 1,400+ slots, a 292-room hotel, and a 95-site RV park built around a golf course and a spa. You need to be 18 to play the floor.
The Little River Casino and Resort has introduced the River Rock Sportsbook. Casino ownership has already partnered with casino operator Rush Street Interactive to allow Rush Street to debut its sportsbook brand BetRivers in Michigan. Sports betting at the on-site sportsbook requires you to be 21.

Little River Casino Resort is home to more than 1,400 gaming machines. These machines are spread between slots and video poker, although slots are far more numerous and popular.

River Rock Sportsbook runs twelve 24-hour betting kiosks plus dedicated betting windows in the restaurant, all through the tribe’s partnership with BetRivers (Rush Street Interactive). You need to be 21 to bet, even though the gaming floor itself is 18 and up. The same BetRivers partnership covers Michigan’s online sports betting and online casino.
The 292-room hotel has Northern Lodge-style architecture, with standard rooms and suites, in-room safes, and fireplaces in select rooms. On-site amenities include two indoor pools, a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness center, Nectar Spa and Salon, and Wolf River Golf Park. The 95-site RV park has full hookups, a dog run, laundry facilities, and a shuttle to the casino.
Little River runs six dining and drink venues: Rapid’s Bistro for quick-service breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Big Lake Dining for a buffet-style spread with weekend premium items like prime rib and crab legs; The Heron; The Bar; Banquets for private events; and Jackpot Café. The sportsbook area also has its own grill service for game-day food.
The 1,600-seat Event Center hosts touring concerts and shows.
Little River opened in 1999 with 600 slot machines and no table games, then expanded through a 2016 renovation into its current footprint. The tribe spent more than a decade pursuing a second, off-reservation casino in Fruitport Township near Muskegon; that project is dead as of early 2025, after Governor Whitmer’s administration let the required state approval deadline lapse without a decision.
