Hard Rock Bet recently unveiled its enhanced Rewards Store, featuring a redesigned interface and an expanded catalog of perks that emphasizes premium experiences and easier navigation.

The update enhances how players redeem Unity Points and reflects the company’s continued push to integrate online casino and Michigan sportsbook play with its broader loyalty ecosystem.

Redesigned store improves navigation, usability

The refreshed Rewards Store introduces a cleaner layout with improved browsing tools, allowing users to sort and explore rewards more efficiently.

The new interface organizes offerings into six categories: Featured, Bonuses, Merch, VIP Experiences, Hard Rock Live, and Hotels. The structure is designed to streamline the redemption process and help players more easily find rewards aligned with their interests.

Players can access the store directly through the Hard Rock Bet platform, where Unity Points earned through gameplay can be redeemed in-app.

Expanded catalog highlights experiences, memorabilia

Along with the redesign, Hard Rock Bet significantly expanded the range of available rewards.

The updated store includes VIP event experiences, access to Hard Rock Live performances, and signed memorabilia, along with premium merchandise and hotel stay options tied to Hard Rock properties.

Players can also redeem points for digital rewards such as Profit Boost Tokens and Bonus Spins. The additions create a mix of experiential and in-platform incentives, giving users more flexibility in how they use their rewards.

Seasonal offerings tied to major sporting events are also part of the updated catalog. It further aligns the Rewards Store with player interests throughout the year.

Loyalty program remains central to ecosystem

The Rewards Store is powered by Unity by Hard Rock, the company’s global loyalty program that connects online gaming with benefits across its physical properties.

Players earn Unity Points and Tier Credits through wagering on the app. They can be redeemed both digitally and at Hard Rock locations, including hotels, properties, and entertainment venues.

That integration allows users to convert online activity into real-world perks, reinforcing Hard Rock’s omnichannel approach to player engagement.

Hard Rock does not having a retail presence in Michigan. However, it gives players incentive to travel to destinations where the operator does have a physical property.

Hard Rock emphasizes player experience in relaunch

Company officials said the relaunch is focused on enhancing the overall loyalty experience while expanding the types of rewards available. Zach Sold, senior VP, marketing & engagement, said in a statement:

“This relaunch represents a meaningful step forward in how we reward our most loyal players. We set out to create a store where players can redeem their points for experiences they’re genuinely excited about, whether that’s front-row seats to a world-class fight or a signed piece of sports history, all seamlessly connected through the Unity by Hard Rock program.

“We’re making it easier than ever for players to engage however they choose and be rewarded wherever they play. The new interface makes it simple to discover what’s available, and this launch is just the beginning.”

Continued focus on omnichannel strategy

The relaunch underscores Hard Rock Bet’s broader strategy of linking its digital platform with its global entertainment and hospitality network.

By expanding the Rewards Store and emphasizing experiential perks, the operator is positioning its loyalty program as a key differentiator in a competitive US online gaming market.

The result is a more connected ecosystem where betting activity translates into tangible rewards, both online and beyond.
