The weather is heating up around the state and that just means concert season is in full swing.
Over the next few months, Michigan casino goers can find a wide variety of concert events available to them.

Chris Rock and a live microphone
Perhaps the biggest upcoming concert isn’t a musical performance.
Standup comedian Chris Rock will be performing at Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort on June 25.
It’s been quite a few months for Rock, and it’s hard to believe he won’t have at least a few comments on what’s been happening.
In case you were under a literal rock, Chris Rock was slapped by Will Smith live on national television during the 2022 Academy Awards on March 27.
Rock made a joke about Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, that the actor didn’t appreciate. Along with the slap, Smith screamed multiple times at Rock to not speak about his wife again.
The very tense and awkward situation has remained in the zeitgeist since.
Rock’s Ego Death Tour stops in Mt. Pleasant in tremendous timing for Soaring Eagle.

Michael Bolton gets things started with a May 15 show at Hollywood Casino at Greektown.
The legendary Patti LaBelle makes a stop at FireKeepers Casino & Hotel on May 20.
Country fans have some nice selections as well, including Martina McBride on June 4 (Little River), Trace Adkins on June 10 (Kewadin), and The Marshall Tucker Band on June 25 (Four Winds).
